FAQ
How many photos will I receive?
You can expect to receive approximately 40–80 high-resolution images, depending on the type and length of your session.
How long does it take to receive my gallery?
Please allow up to 7–10 days to receive your gallery. I take the time to carefully review, and edit each image to ensure you're receiving the highest-quality images. Thank you for your patience!
Are there any travel fees?
Travel within 35 miles of my location is included in every session. For locations beyond 35 miles, an additional $1 per mile traveled will be added to your total.
Do you offer discounts for friends or family?
To ensure fairness and consistency for all of my clients, I do NOT offer discounts for friends or family. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
What do you take for Payment?
I take cash, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle!
How will I receive my photos?
Your edited images will be delivered through a Google Drive folder sent directly to your email. From there, you can easily download high-resolution images and save them to your device.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll reschedule your session for the next available date at no additional cost.
Do you accept tips?
Tips are never expected, but they are always appreciated. The greatest compliment you can give is trusting me to capture your memories, sharing your photos, and recommending JxCaptures to your friends and family.
What time are the sessions?
Most of my sessions take place in the evening during golden hour,. However, if an earlier session works better for your schedule, I'm happy to accommodate whenever possible.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule your session, I kindly ask that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Life happens, and I'm happy to work with you to find a new date.
Can I send you Inspiration photos?
Yes absolutely! I love seeing your ideas. Feel free to send me Pinterest boards or inspiration photos before your session. I'll try my best to create images that fit your unique style and personality. And you are welcome to bring your own props as well!
